प्रतिभा और मेहनत से मिलती है कामयाबी

10-12 साल पहले की बात है. मुंबई के किसी फिल्म स्टूडियो में एक फिल्म की सूटिंग चल रही थी.
वहाँ एक सावला सा, दुबला-पतला लगभग 25 साल का लड़का फिल्म यूनिट के लोगो को चाय पिलाने
का काम करता था. लड़के की अभिनय में गहरी रूचि थी और वह  बड़े चाव से फिल्मो की शूटिंग देखा
 करता और आने जाने वाले अभिनेता को निहारता.
\                                                                       एक दिन फिल्म में जेल में बंद अपराधी का दृश्य फिल्माया जाना था. अपराधी के तौर पर महज पांच मिनट के दृश्य के लिए किसी सह-कलाकार अभी तक नहीं पंहुचा था
तभी उस लड़के ने डरते-डरते फिल्म निदेशक से पूछा-साहब का मुझे एक मौका  देगे? पहले दिर्देशक ने उसे ऊपर से निचे तक देखा, फिर जल्दी से अपराधी का ड्रेस पहन आर आने को कहा. लड़के ने जब फूलम के मुख्य अभिनेता के साथ दृश्य दिया तो माहौल तालियों से गूंज उठा. कुछ दिनों बाद बिहार पर एक फिल्म बन रही थी.
जिसमे एक होटल में वेटर का किरदार निभाने के लिए एक ऐसे लड़के की खोज की जा रही थी. जो देखने में कमजोर सा लगे. इस लड़के ने वहा जाकर फिर एक अवसर देने की गुज़ारिश की और एक ही टेक में अपना काम पूरा कर दिया. ऐसे लगभग 15 अवसर ऐसे आये, जहा ये लड़का छोटे-मोटे रोल में अपने अभिनय का लोहा मानवता रहा. लेकिन उसे कोई नोटिश नहीं करता एसा करते करते 12 वर्ष बीत गये. तब जाकर उसे एक मजबूत किरदार निभाने का मोका मिला. इसके बाद उसने अपने मेहनत और प्रतिभा के बूते सफलता की एक नयी इबारत लिखी. और दुनिया के लिए एक मिशाल बन गया. उस लड़के का नाम था "नवाजुधीन सिद्धिकी"और फिल्म थी "कहानी" जिसके बाद उस नायक ने पीछे मुरकर कभी नहीं देखा.
                                      किसी ने सही कहा है प्रतिभा के बल पर कुर्सी मिल सकती है.लेकिन कुर्सी के बल पर प्रतिभा नहीं. तो मेहनत करते जाए  कभी न कभी  सफलता जरुर मिलेगी .

It was 10-12 years ago. Soothing of a film was going on in a film studio in Mumbai. There, a simple, slim, almost 25-year-old boy used to serve tea to the people of the film unit. The boy had a keen interest in acting and used to watch the shooting of films with great enthusiasm and stared at the upcoming actor. \ One day the film had to film a scene of a criminal in jail. As a criminal, no co-star had yet arrived for the five-minute scene, when the boy timidly asked the film director - "Will you give me a chance?" First Director looked at him from top to bottom, then quickly asked to come to R wearing the criminal's dress. When the boy gave a scene with Phoolam's lead actor, the atmosphere resonated with applause. A few days later a film was being made on Bihar. In which such a boy was being searched to play the role of a waiter in a hotel. Which looks a little weak. This boy went there and requested to be given an opportunity and completed his work in one take. There were about 15 such occasions, where this boy was a man of iron in small roles. But 12 years passed while not doing any notice to him. Then he got a chance to play a strong character. After this, due to his hard work and talent, he wrote a new chapter of success. And became a mishra for the world. The boy's name was "Nawazuddin Siddiqui" and the film was "Kahani" after which that hero never looked back. Somebody has rightly said that a chair can be got on the strength of talent, but not talent on the strength of the chair. So keep working hard, you will definitely get success at some time.
